This building is fire sprinklered to meet high rise provisions. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include; construction of interior non-combustible full height partition walls to create a 230 s.f. conference room, new light switching, new accessible door / hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
