(ZIMMERMAN RESIDENTIAL CONDO - THE ASPEN BUILDING - 9TH STORY - UNITS 904 & 905) Fire sprinklers used for high-rise. To combine two existing dwelling units (1,037 square feet and 526 square feet) in to one 1,563 square foot dwelling unit. Work is to include removing a portion of the wall between the two units, removing the utility closet in Unit 905, constructing a storage closet in Unit 905, and installing a furred down ceiling in Unit 904. No load bearing members will be modified and no new holes or penetrations will be made through the floors. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
