(SIMPLOT - CSC BUILDING - 2ND STORY REMODEL) The fire sprinkler is used for area and height increase. To remodel a 15,330 square foot area on the 18,722 square foot 2nd story of an existing building for a new office tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, an interior 3 riser stairway, an interior ramp accessible to the disabled, suspended acoustical ceilings, interior doors, interior windows, and finishes. Two skylights will be removed and the roof opening filled in with roof joists and roof sheathing. The roof covering and roof insulation are allowed to match the existing conditions. A stairway will be removed and the floor opening filled in with floor joists and floor sheathing. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. The fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
