(SARMC – South Tower – MRI Clinic) Permit is to remodel an existing storage closet accessed only off the corridor. The new design will split the storage room into two spaces and allow for a 274 square foot storage room for the MRI Clinic with an new door for access. This building is fully fire sprinklered. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: installation of an 8 ft. 2-hour interior partition wall, installation of new accessible 90 min door/hardware, new light switch, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
