This project is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling. The project is to include select interior non bearing partition work to reconfigure the master bath / closet area and open up the entry hall area. There will also be a new exterior double door from the remodeled rear bay area. All windows and exterior doors will be replaced. See window replacement policy attached. R-1C ok per Sue Cummings. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
