LONGFELLOW ELEMENTARY - RELOCATE PORTABLE CLASSROOM BUILDING- Portable Classroom #106 - Relocate a 912 sq. ft. portable school classroom, that was last permitted for original South Junior High, 805 Shoshone, under certificate of occupancy #04327and State of Idaho Tag #90558 A & B as a Type V-N Construction, "E1" occupancy use group, to new location at 1511 N 9th, Longfellow Elementary. Scope of work includes set up and anchoring per engineering & plans; to construct a new aluminum ramp, platform, stairs, handrails and edge protection systems providing shared accessibility access compliance for two relocatable classrooms. See BLD11-00824 for 2nd relocatable. There are no plumbing facilities in this unit. An existing accessible route from this relocated unit to the existing Multi-Purpose Building will provide access to existing restrooms facilities for students and staff. There are no changes to the existing building envelope beyond maintenance of siding & finish. Existing interior lighting fixtures to remain with changing of lamps and ballasts as allowed in 2009 IECC, Sec 101.4.3, Exc. #8. New battery pack exit sign and emergency lighting for interior room and at exterior landings being installed. Separate application, plans & permits for alarm system required as regulated by fire department. drs
