Work to include: [installation / demolition of interior partition walls to create additional open office area, six additional offices, and two additional storage rooms], installation of new lighting, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
