To remodel a 2,114 square foot area located within an existing church building to create a 1,318 square foot full service kitchen, 2 classrooms, and a hallway extension. The work is to include interior nonbearing walls, two grease hoods with grease ducts, a steam hood and duct, kitchen equipment, and finishes. Structural work includes new door openings in an existing bearing/shear wall, modifications to existing roof trusses, and support for the grease hoods. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
