Work to include: Selective demolition work per plans; install a new suspended T-bar ceiling system; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; fire sprinkler/alarm work, electrical work, and mechanical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all applicable codes. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit.
