This project is for the extensive remodel / repair to an existing 1264s.f. 1-story single family dweling. the project includes the complete removal of interior floor, wall,and ceiling coverings including all insulation. All plumbing and electrical is updated as needed and the furnace and ductwork is replaced due to water damage. There will be select interior wall framing and plumbing to create a new bedroom and bathroom along with the reconfiguration of the kitchen area. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required.
