(ADA COUNTY JAIL - VIDEO ARRAIGNMENT REMODEL) Remodel a 709 sq. ft. video arraignment area and holding cells in the existing jail building per approved plans. Work to include: Selective demolition work per plans; cut a new opening for a metal door and frame in an existing CMU wall and construct new steel stud interior wall partition between the video arraignment area and the holding enclosures per plans; install new holding enclosure wall partitions per plans; install new acoustical wall panels per plans; reinstall holding benches; install door locking devices per plans; electrical work; mechanical systems work; Fire sprinkler work; interior lighting upgrades per plans; and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. All work per the approved plans, Engineering, and all reviewing agencies final approvals. NOTE: This building is Fully Fire Sprinkered ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, and shall comply and be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
