A portion of the demolition will include removal of structural roof section. Work to include: removal of interior non-bearing walls; removal of plumbing, ceiling tile, flooring, insulation, light fixtures, exterior door, frame, hardware; remove a portion of damaged roof structure and roof assembly; remove a portion of exterior CMU wall, foundation wall and footing per plans; and all other work per the approved plans, Engineering, and Structural inspectors approval. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. NOTE: An Upgrade Agreement exists on file that can be referenced under permit BLD09-02299 to fully fire sprinkler this building. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. **SRZ**
