Work to include: Construct interior non-bearing partition walls to divide the space into a exercise room, entry lobby, accessible restroom, accessible dressing room, storage closets, and therapy room; install a suspended ceiling grid system; upgrade electrical, mechanical & plumbing to meet tenant needs; and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. Energy code compliance for the envelope was part of the SHELL permit. Sealing & insulation of ductwork, mechanical and lighting compliance are a part of this permit. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review comments, and conditions of all reviewing agencies for this project. NOTE: A Partial Permit for work to start in this space was issued under BLD11-01056. This building is NOT fire sprinklered.
