Description
This extensive remodel / addition in the R-1CH zoning overlay is approved through DRH11-00012 & CVA11-00010 by Mathew Halitsky. The project will include the razing of the existing roof structure and replacing same with bonus / attic type trusses to create a new upper level. The stairs to the basement are to be replaces and all of the interior partitions will be removed at this time. There will be a new deck area over the existing garage accessed from the master suite on the upper level of the dwelling. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical permits are required.
