Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: remodel existing restrooms for compliance with accessibility provisions, infill existing CMU wall openings to make wall comply with 2-hour wall requirements, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, installation of new plumbing, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**TLW**
