NOTE – Performance Bikes canopy is on a property line. The architect has submitted a lot line adjustment. Until adjustment is approved no construction is to begin on this canopy. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file, attached engineering, and plan review report. Work to include: remodeling of existing canopies including: new roof construction, new column build outs, and new finish materials. These buildings are fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to these buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**TLW**
