AFFINITY AT BOISE-Garage #2- To construct a 2,640 sq. ft., one story, 10 individually enclosed parking bays within the parking garage. The south end wall and a portion of the roof and supporting structure are of one hour construction due to proximity to assumed property line between buildings. The remainder of the building is non-fire rated. Work includes concrete footing and foundation, wood frame construction walls, wood truss roof with plywood sheathing, asphalt shingles classified as Class ‘B’ or better and vinyl siding over building wrap on OSB sheathing on stud walls.
