To combine two existing spaces into one 7,974 square foot tenant space and remodel it for a tanning salon and an exercise facility. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, 2 shower rooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, a new exterior storefront door, rubber exercise flooring, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
