Work includes interior and exterior work. The interior work will include: new flooring, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. The exterior work will include: new exterior siding and brick; new windows, entry doors, new gutters and down spouts, and new roofing. The site will have minor improvements including replacement of the asphalt driveway, parking lot, seal coating, and new striping. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and structural inspectors final approval. This building is NOT fire sprinklered.
