(PIONEER SQUARE APARTMENTS) Bldg F **10-10-11 - PLAN MODIFICATION TO INCLUDE: STRUCTURAL AND GYPSUM REPAIRS AT THE (3) BEDROOM UNIT LOCATIONS; STRUCTURAL REPAIRS AND MODIFICATIONS AT THE EXTERIOR DECK LOCATIONS AT ALL 1 AND 2 BEDROOM UNITS.** Remodel of an existing 7 unit, 5,705 sq. ft. apartment building. Six units are 2 story; one unit is at grade as an accessible apartment unit and associated site work. Work includes interior and exterior work. The interior work will include: new flooring, plumbing fixtures, appliances, install new battery operated smoke detectors in all bedrooms, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. The exterior work will include: new exterior siding and brick; new windows, entry doors, new gutters and down spouts, new guardrails; install new through-the-wall air conditioner units; and new roofing. The site will have minor improvements including replacement of the asphalt driveway, parking lot, seal coating, and new striping. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and structural inspectors final approval. This building is NOT fire sprinklered.
