(**Shell and Core**) Permit is to create new openings in the existing roof system to accommodate new RTUs and to replace the existing storefront. This permit is phase II to the owners upgrades before Nordstrom Rack remodels the rest of the space. The owners phase I was the interior demo done under BLD11-01364. The storefront system is a like for like replacement and was approved under CZC11-00154. The new roof openings and infills must comply with the attached structural engineering. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**

Mike, please verify this contractor is not going out of his scope of work. The building permit is not picked up for the remodel bld11-1395. Questions call Rita ###-####. A correction notice was issued stating to pick up remaining permits. Work done outside of this scope of work includes plumbing work(Jim Johnson notified) and addition of curbing and structural work for new RTU's. A double fee has been placed on that permit.
