This building will be constructed of 2X6 wood stud exterior walls, pre-manufactured/engineered wood roof trusses, T.J.I. 2nd floor wood framing, stucco/stone veneer exterior finishes, slab on grade 1st story floors, w/ a re-enforced concrete foundation. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. **This is shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to finish this building for occupancy. The electrical and mechanical work shown on the approved plans are part of the shell construction. This building is NOT fire sprinklered. The occupant load for the 2nd story is (9 persons maximum) and shall be posted in a conspicuous place, near the main exit per an alternate occupant load approval.** SRZ
