This project is for the addition of 1400s.f. to an existing 2421s.f. 1-story single family dwelling. The project will consist of adding 6-bedrooms. This project is considered under the Residential care / assisted facility policy dated March 20, 2008. That will include interior non bearing partitions to create a staff bedroom in the existing living room area, dividing the existing master bedroom and new addition of 4-bedrooms.
