This project is for the addition of 190s.f. to an existing 2764s.f. 2-story single family dwelling. The addition will consist of a new walk-in closet and shower area. The Existing bathtub will be relocated also. In the utility room there will be a partition relocated and the washer and dryer will be relocated. this will better utilize the area and add a small closet.
