(SARMC – South Tower – Radiology Dept.) Permit is to remodel an existing 750 square foot imaging room by installing new equipment and new finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and structural engineering attached to plans. Work to include: installation of new structural frame to support imaging equipment (suspended from ceiling), installation of new floor trench for mechanical and electrical, relocate screen walls, relocate existing sink, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
