This project is for the placement of a new 195s.f. wood deck area over an existing swimming pool that is to be drilled / broken at the bottom as to not retain water in the future. Separate electrical and mechanical permits are required. R-1B ok per Joan Johnson. As this structure is detached and less that 200s.f. WUI requirements do not apply.
