(CHAPARRAL APARTMENTS - FIRE DAMAGE REPAIR) To repair an existing 816 square foot fire damaged multi-family apartment building. Work to include: remove and replace the pre-engineered roof trusses, roof sheathing, and roof shingles at the South end of the apartment; remove and replace trimmers, headers, damaged wall framing members, and floor sheathing at the South East bedroom of apartment 5072; remove and replace windows, doors, insulation, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, vinyl exterior siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters. All work per the approved plans, Engineering inspection letter, and the structural inspectors' final approval.
