(ROCKIES DINER - PATIO ADDITION) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To prepare an existing 398 square foot patio to be used for dining by providing access to it and egress from it. The patio will have its own means of egress that will be independent of the building’s means of egress. Work is to include a steel landing and stairway, steel guards with Makrolon MAK 15 Polycarbonate panels, new storefront windows, a new storefront door, and a new side-hinged swinging egress gate. The proposed work does not increase the building area. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
