This project is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling in the Wildland Urban Interface "FOOTHILLS" ZONE The project is for the enclosure of an existing 400s.f. breezeway that connects the detached 529s.f. front garage to the 6800s.f. single family dwelling. This garage will become a new media room. There will also be a a new cover over the rear courtyard behind the rear garage and opposite of the new entry to the dwelling. There will be a new cover over the patio area between the kitchen and BBQ (300s.f.) area and a new 400s.f.covered patio between the master suite and the pool area.
