Scope of work includes set up and anchoring per engineering & plans; to construct a new wood ramp, platform, stairs, handrails and edge protection systems providing shared accessibility access compliance for two relocatable classrooms. See BLD11-01987 for 2nd relocatable. There are no plumbing facilities in this unit. An existing accessible route from this relocated unit to the existing Multi-Purpose Building will provide access to existing restrooms facilities for students and staff. There are no changes to the existing building envelope beyond maintenance of siding & finish. All work per the approved plans, Engineering, and all other reviewing agencies approvals.
