This project is for the conversion of an existing 258s.f. attached garage into living space and storage. There will be i86s.f. of living and 76s.f. of storage. The wall between the existing living space and the new converted space will be opened up and an engineered beam will be installed along with a new opening between the kitchen area and the living room..
