B & D Foods (Foundation Permit for Future Storage Building) - This permit is issued to pour footings and foundation at an existing grease and sand interceptor for a future 1,175 square foot, one story storage building. This permit also includes related site work. Work under this permit shall not proceed beyond the pour of the foundation until final approval of plans and issuance of the full building permit. That permit has not yet been applied for. As owner or designated agent, I acknowledge that I am performing this work at my own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire building structure will be granted, and I agree to make any modifications to the early foundation work performed as may be required to comply with the City Codes and the final approved building plans and conditions. The building construction type and occupancy group will be determined when the permit for the remainder of the building is applied for. All per engineered plans on file. JCM
