Permit for interior repairs to an existing duplex after fire damage. Only smoke damage has occured with no structural damage. Work is to include the removal of all sheetrock, wiring, windows and mechanical systems. The interior of the structure will be competely refinished and all of the windows will be replaced. The wall between the two units is required to have 5/8 type X gypsum installed on the damaged side of the duplex. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations.
