This project is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling. The project will include the relocation of the furnace, water heater..there will be a new bathroom in the basement and the existing basement bathroom will be relocated along with select interior partition work to allow for better flow in the basement. there is proposed a cover over the front stoop area as setbacks allow.
