Work to include: demolition of existing interior walls per plans; construction of new walls per plans; removal of existing floor finishes; installation of new flooring; removal of existing food service equipment; installation of new food service equipment; limited replacement of existing ceiling tiles; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; relocation of existing plumbing fixtures per plans; relocation and replacement of select lighting fixtures per plans; and electrical and plumbing work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. **SRZ**
