**(CALICO PEDIATRIC THERAPY CENTER)** Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 4,960 square foot office building. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This tenant space was last occupied by “Precon Technologies” under BLD98-02583. There is a change of occupancy from “Precon Technologies” to “Calico”; however, this building was built to handle both occupancies. The main difference between the two occupancies was the plumbing fixture counts. After multiple meetings between the Building Official and the owner, the Building Official accepted an actual occupant load which allowed the building to remain unchanged. The approval of the actual occupant load is for this tenant only with its current use only. Future tenants of any expansion of the current use will require reevaluation of the plumbing fixture counts. TLW
