Work to include: Remove ballast & roof membrane on the entire roof (Approximately 17,900 square feet); Remove existing rigid insulation and steel b-decking where damaged by fire (approximately 960 square feet); cover roof with new single-ply membrane roofing system; repair parapet and install new coping cap around the entire perimeter. All repair work per the approved plans, Engineers evaluation letter, and the structural inspectors final approval. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. This building is Fully Fire Sprinkered ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, and shall comply and be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **SRZ**
