Description
This permit is for the conversion of an existing 2678s.f. 2-story single family dwelling that includes a full basement. The conversion will be done by the infill of openings in the center bearing wall dividing the structure from side to side. the will create unit"A" in the front portion and unit "B" in the rear portion. There will be a new 456s.f. stair enclosure added to the rear of the building to allow access to the 2-levels of unit "B". The existing basement is proposed to be included in the "A" unit that will required a 1-hour floor ceiling assembly at the basement family room area below the main level of unit "B". There is to be a reated door at the at the rear wall of the existing basement to access the bottom level of the new stair structure addition. Also the rated dwelling unit separation wall will be extended through the existing attic area that will create an attic that is accessed from the "A" unit by an existing stairway and the "B" unit attic will be accessed from the new stair addition attic / roof structure. L-OHD / CD zoning approve through DRH11-00208; CUP11-00060 & CVA11-00042 by Sara Schafer, Mathew Halitsky, and Susan Riggs. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked energy by prescriptive componant approach, Engineer's calculations along with the plan corrections. pep
