(TT NAIL SPA) To build-out for the first time a new 1,170 sq. ft. tenant space for use by a nail salon in vacant shell space constructed under BLD08-00595 per approved plans. Work to include: new concrete slab floor; construction of new interior non-bearing walls to create: a fully accessible unisex restroom, wax room, break room, and salon work areas; installation of a suspended ceiling grid system installed per CISCA guidelines; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; lighting, mechanical supply/exhaust systems, and plumbing fixtures. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. Energy code compliance for the envelope was part of the SHELL permit. Sealing & insulation of ductwork, mechanical and lighting compliance are a part of this permit. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. **SRZ**
