(VANILLA SPACE) Remodel of suite 110 for Liberty Mutual (BLD11-02749) T.I. will reduce the area of an existing vacant tenant space, Suite 120, creating a new VANILLA finish future tenant space of 2,016 sq. ft. on the first floor of an existing building per approved plans. This permit is attached to the same set of plans as permit BLD11-02749 for an adjacent tenant. Work to include partial construction of the new tenant separation wall on the side of this Vanilla finish space and modify the existing utilities, sprinkler and alarm systems to serve the new tenant areas and maintain compliance with current adopted codes and ordinances. This permit reduces the floor area for the existing space but does not establish an occupancy use group, an occupant load or allow any additional work to be done within this tenant space. When a future tenant is found, separate applications, plans, approvals and permits are required in order to establish a legal occupancy of this space. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for the purpose of taking advantages offerd by IBC for sprinklered buildings.drs
