Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing non-combustible wall to separate the two areas, relocate existing mechanical diffusers, constructing a ramped access way to “Art Source”, and interior finishes in compliance with ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
