(REVOLVE CONSIGNMENT AND BRIDAL BOUTIQUE) - Interior Demo / Partial Permit - This permit is to perform interior non-structural demo work and Partial permit work as outlined within this scope of work only. Scope of work includes:Remove existing counter and sink; cap and abandon existing waste water and supply lines; demo existing walls and doors per plans; electrical recepticals and switches on demolished walls to be relocated and or teminated at junction boxes; construction to the framing stage including rough-in electrical and plumbing while the plans for the space are being reviewed (Major TI is submitted under BLD11-02949). Any construction not meeting code must be removed prior to framing inspection approval and any further construction being endorsed. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Do not remove ceiling unless sprinkler coverage is able to be maintained in accordance with the Boise City Fire Dept. BCC resolution 13535 11-2-10 **SRZ**
