This project is for the interior remodel / repair of an existing six bedroom single family dwelling constructed under BLD03-02575 (fully sprinklered). Any alteration of this fire protection system including repair will required approval of the Boise City Fire division. The project is to include new water heater, floor coverings, insulation and drywall, cabinets and interior doors. An air conditioner will be added to the residence. Per boise city building division policy dated December 7, 2011 an ACCA report is required. Separate electrical, plumbig & mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
