Scope of work: includes removal of non-bearing interior walls, removal of interior finishes, removal of existing outlets and wiring back to the box or properly terminated above ceiling line. (Major TI is submitted under BLD11-03007). This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
