Intermountain Hospital (New Roof Structure at Patio Enclosure) - To construct 670 square feet of noncombustible roof structure to enclose an existing masonry wall enclosed patio area. This patio area will be used as a smoking area. There will be a five foot open area between the existing building and the new roof structure. All egress components are existing. This smoking enclosure is located on the southwest corner of Building #1. This building is fully fire sprinkled. The sprinklers are used for area increase. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
