Sockeye Brew Pub - Phase Two - (Foundation Only) - To construct the concrete foundation and underground utilities for a new 13,995 square foot, one story, wood framed Brew Pub and Restaurant building per approved plans. Work under this permit shall not proceed beyond the pour of the foundation and underground utilities until final approval of plans and issuance of the full building permit. That permit has not yet been applied for. As owner or designated agent, I acknowledge that I am performing this work at my own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire building structure will be granted, and I agree to make any modifications to the early foundation work performed as may be required to comply with the City Codes and the final approved building plans and conditions. A seperate fire sprinkler permit will be required prior to installation of the underground fire service supply; as regulated by the Fire Department. All per approved engineered plans on file. JCM
