Building is divided into 5 areas by existing 2-hour area separation walls. This work does not include any modifications to these fire resistive walls. Work to include demolition of existing reception counter and associated utilities and removal of the floor finish. New work involves new floor finish and a new reception counter providing accessible portion of counter for accessibility upgrade compliance. Modification to electrical to provide service to new counter. This limited remodel does not change occupancy use groups, building area or construction type.
