(TEAVANA) (SPACE #1147) Remodel for a new retail tenant in a 940 sq. ft. space on the lower level of a covered mall building per approved plans. Work to include: demolition work per plans; installation of an new interior non-bearing partition wall to create a stock room, a single user employee restroom accessible to the disabled, and retail sales area; installation of a new storefront system w/ 8 wide foot rollling grille door per plans; installation of new flooring, new fixtures (including accessible POS counter); suspended ceiling system per CISCA 0-2; new lighting; interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work. All work per the approved plans, engineering, attached plan review report, and applicable adopted codes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. NOTE: a separate sign permit for interior mall signage is required before sign installation. **SRZ**
