This tenant will occupy the 6,022 square foot NE end of existing floor. The EPA will be occupying the remaining 8,600 square feet under a separate permit. The last two tenants to occupy the entire floor were “A10-Capitol (under BLD11-00296) and “Greener Burke Shoemaker” (under BLD11-00297). This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans.
