This tenant will occupy a space that was last occupied as part of “A10-Capitol (under BLD11-00296). This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans. Work includes: [relocating interior non-bearing walls to re-demise space into: an evidence room, a conference room, three offices, a mail room, a hall, and a reception area], relocate lighting, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, millwork, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
